Platform Rules

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "7ezd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operators of the 7ezd platform accessible at 7ezd.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" refers to the 7ezd website, mobile-optimised site, and any applications or tools made available to users through the 7ezd.io domain.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 7ezd platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a user on the 7ezd platform, associated with a unique username and password combination.
• "Wallet" refers to the ৳ BDT-denominated balance held within a user's 7ezd account, representing funds available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a user on a casino game outcome, sports event, or any other betting market made available through the 7ezd platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted to a user by 7ezd, subject to the specific terms of each promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 7ezd prior to processing withdrawals or upon reaching deposit thresholds.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, game software, odds data, graphics, and other materials made available through the 7ezd platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which 7ezd wallets are denominated and all monetary thresholds in these terms are expressed.

By accessing the 7ezd platform or creating a registered account, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: visiting the platform, clicking an "I Agree" or acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference and carry equal binding force.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these terms, and references to "you" shall include that individual or entity.

To register for and use a 7ezd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 7ezd platform is strictly an adult gaming service and persons under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 7ezd platform or any other online gambling service at the time of registration.
• You must not be registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You must not hold an existing active or suspended 7ezd account. Only one account per individual is permitted at any time.

7ezd reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, recent utility bill or bank statement, and a photograph of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 7ezd account at all times. This includes selecting a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service, enabling any two-factor authentication options made available by 7ezd, and ensuring that you log out of the platform when accessing it from a shared or public device.

7ezd will never ask you for your account password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 7ezd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All 7ezd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and balances displayed on the platform are expressed in BDT. 7ezd does not operate accounts in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 7ezd will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month applied to the account balance, provided the balance is sufficient to cover the fee. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Balances remaining at the point of closure will be held for a period of 36 months and are claimable by the account holder upon satisfactory identity verification during that period.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 7ezd customer support via live chat. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules. Any balance remaining after settlement will be refunded to your registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

7ezd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform's Banking page at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit on 7ezd is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly to your 7ezd wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers are typically credited within 1–3 hours during normal banking hours. Transfers initiated outside business hours may take longer to reflect.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits are credited immediately upon payment gateway confirmation.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 7ezd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return funds received from unverified sources.

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are listed on the Banking page.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• 7ezd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals that trigger internal fraud-monitoring thresholds. In such cases, processing times may be extended and additional documentation requested.

7ezd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general section, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and matched bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Game contribution: Not all games on the 7ezd platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited, and wagering requirements that are not completed within 30 days of bonus activation, will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated pending winnings.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, the maximum amount of winnings that can be converted from bonus funds to real-money withdrawable balance is capped at 5x the original bonus value.
• Bonus abuse: 7ezd employs automated and manual monitoring to identify patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be restricted from future promotional offers.
• Right to modify: 7ezd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, if there is evidence that the promotion terms have been misrepresented or exploited.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and in-play wagering markets available on the 7ezd platform. Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets are published separately in the 7ezd Sports Betting Rules document, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify the bet details displayed on the confirmation screen before submitting.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are settled according to the official outcome.
• In the event of an obvious error in the publication of odds (manifestly incorrect prices), 7ezd reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and to cancel any winnings derived from them. Players will have their stake returned in full in such cases.
• Maximum stake limits per market, per event, and per day apply and are displayed during the bet placement process. 7ezd reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits based on betting patterns.
• In-play bets are placed in real time and are subject to brief delays inherent to live data processing. 7ezd cannot be held responsible for the outcome of bets placed during periods of data latency.

All casino games available on the 7ezd platform — including slots, live dealer games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), and crash games (Aviator, Mines, Plinko) — are operated under software licences granted to 7ezd by the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

• RNG certification: All random-number-generator-based games on 7ezd use certified RNG software audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of these games are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party including 7ezd.
• Live dealer games: Live casino tables are streamed from licensed studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live table are displayed within the game interface. 7ezd is not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by the studio provider's infrastructure.
• Disconnection policy: If a disconnection occurs during a game round, 7ezd will attempt to settle the round upon reconnection using the last confirmed game state. Where the game state cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface prior to play. 7ezd reserves the right to amend game stake limits at any time.
• Malfunction policy: Any technical malfunction that affects the normal operation of a game will result in the voiding of the affected round. Stakes from voided rounds are returned to the player's wallet. Winnings paid in error due to a malfunction may be reclaimed by 7ezd from the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ezd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 7ezd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in the following behaviour, and to withhold balances pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different identity details, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with 7ezd support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, interact with game interfaces, or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds publishing to place wagers with an artificial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void.
• Using the 7ezd platform for money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or any other activity in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Charging back or reversing payment transactions after wagers have been settled with funds from those transactions.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or permitting any other person to use your 7ezd account credentials.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the 7ezd platform's infrastructure without authorisation.

All content on the 7ezd platform — including but not limited to the 7ezd brand name and logo, website design, layout, code, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, text content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7ezd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7ezd platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or technology on the 7ezd platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

The names, logos, and game content of third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by 7ezd under licence. Any reference to these brands on the 7ezd platform does not imply ownership by 7ezd.

7ezd is committed to the responsible collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data. The full details of how we handle your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

By registering on 7ezd, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.

7ezd applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our platform. Account data including your name, address, payment details, and transaction history is stored on secured servers. 7ezd does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ezd's total aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the use of the platform, or any transaction conducted on the platform, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7ezd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage including but not limited to: loss of winnings (except where such loss arises directly from 7ezd's gross negligence), loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible loss, whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 7ezd has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

7ezd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party payment provider failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond 7ezd's control may temporarily affect platform availability. 7ezd will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such situations but cannot be held liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

7ezd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform is for entertainment purposes only and is strictly accessible to adults aged 21 and above. We actively encourage all users to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 7ezd users and can be activated via account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 7ezd wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time-out: Define a maximum session duration after which 7ezd will automatically log you out regardless of activity.
• Reality checks: Receive on-screen notifications at defined intervals reminding you of the duration of your current session and your net gaming position.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent lock on your account. Temporary self-exclusion options are available for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. Permanent exclusion results in the irreversible closure of your account. No reversal of any self-exclusion period is possible during the active exclusion window.

7ezd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution linked to your account.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Upon termination of an account, 7ezd will conduct a review of the account's transaction history. Where no breach of these terms is identified, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following successful identity verification. Where a material breach is confirmed, 7ezd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations.

Any open wagers at the time of account suspension will be settled according to normal rules. If the account is subsequently confirmed as fraudulent, winnings from settled bets may be voided and reclaimed.

7ezd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fee structures, withdrawal limits, bonus policies, or user eligibility criteria — 7ezd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to registered users at least 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information — changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendment was published. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 7ezd platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7ezd operates. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance before initiating any formal proceedings.
